Frequently Asked Questions
It’s my first class, what do I need to know?
First of all, welcome! Second of all, props to you. Trying something new is brave, and we hope you feel proud for taking this step. Whether this is your first time trying yoga or simply your first time visiting EBB and Flo, you are in the right place. Please notify your instructor before the start of class should this be your first time. All you need to bring is a mat and an open mind… smiles don’t hurt either :)!
What are the prices?
Drop in classes are $18 each, which includes all taxes and processing fees, and are required at the time of booking. Class packages and monthly memberships are offered at a discount. View pricing page for more details.
Workshops and special events are priced differently depending on the duration of the offering; however, gift cards and class packages can be redeemed for these events as well.
What do I need to bring?
Aside from your yoga mat, nothing is required. Blocks, straps and bolsters are provided, but should you prefer to bring your own please feel free! You are welcome to bring your own bolsters, blankets, blocks, water bottles, etc., if you’d like. There is a filtered cold water cooler available for refilling water bottles, as well as hot water and tea bags.
What if I cannot make a scheduled class?
Classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. If a class is cancelled in advance, please email ebbandflowellness3@gmail.com for a coupon code for a make-up class.
What about studio cancelled classes?
In the unforeseen circumstance that the studio cancels a class, a full refund or a coupon for your next class (your choice) will be offered for any previously scheduled/ paid for class. Notification will be sent via e-mail or phone number (if client provided) as early as possible. Should inclement weather be in the forecast, a decision will be made at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time.
