Class Descriptions.

  • All Levels Flow.

    Previously called “Yoga Fusion,” this class is the perfect marriage of a strong & soft, warm and slow, powerful and calming. This class format starts slow, crescendos into a vinyasa sequence, incorporates balance and strengthening, all before winding down for deep stretching. Prepare to build a little heat before finding a release of deep seated tension which will lead to a nourishing restoration of the mind, body, and soul.

  • Slow Flow.

    Take an opportunity to unwind and reconnect to yourself. This slow flow will begin with a gentle flow and will conclude with deeply restorative yin postures. Think of this class as a big cup of tea that speaks directly to your soul, soothes even the most active mind, and allows you to reconnect to a grounding presence within your body. This class is appropriate for all levels.

  • Deep Stretch.

    Deep stretch is a yin inspired class that allows the muscles and the body to soften and surrender. Postures will be held for several minutes allowing the benefits of each stretch to seep deeply into the muscles, joints, ligaments and cells. This class is perfect for beginners, after a tough workout, or to simply undo the crumpled body from a long day. Except to release physical and mental tension and to leave feeling weightless and renewed.

  • Beginner Yoga.

    Beginner’s yoga is a safe place for yogis of all experience levels. Beginners yoga emphasizes the importance of the foundation of each postures, the alignment of the body, and the integration of the breath. It is a perfect practice if you are brand new to yoga or if you are an experienced yogi looking to reconnect to the foundations. Instruction will be tailored to ensure your yoga experienced is personalized to your needs.

  • Outdoor Yoga.

    This seasonal offering takes place outdoors and allows your yoga practice to immerse fully into nature. These classes will be all-levels which will include vinyasa, stretching, balancing and meditation and is perfect for beginners and advanced yogis alike. Embrace the sound of the birds, the movement of the trees, and the grounding provided by the green earth beneath your yoga mat. Check our events page for upcoming offerings.

  • Private Yoga.

    Private yoga offerings are available upon request. You (or your small group) will work 1:1 with the instructor to develop a tailor made yoga experience that aligns with the your season of life, ailments of the body, or intentions of the heart. Private classes can be booked for 1:1 instruction or for a small group. Options for special events and corporate gatherings are also available.
