MEET TARA
Tara has been practicing yoga for over ten years and teaching for the last five. Largely influenced by the principals of hatha vinyasa, her classes focus on the connection of the breath and movement. As a reiki practitioner she helps students draw energy into their bodies. Tara’s offerings range from restorative, slow flow, to moderate paced vinyasa. She believes each practice is a personal spiritual journey and is honored to share her offerings with others.
Off the mat, Tara practices as a holistic nurse and enjoys hiking, flow arts, traveling, and cuddles with her cat, Cosmo.
