Heather is sharing her love for standup paddleboard yoga with our studio! She is a certified Paddle Fit Coach as well as 200 CYT yoga instructor. While we can’t enjoy the serene bliss of outdoor standup paddle boards (SUP) during the cooler winter months, Heather is bringing the party indoors. Imagine an all-levels yoga flow with the additional challenge of a balance board.
