MEET DANIELLE
Danielle began practicing yoga in 2017 as a means to quiet the chaos in her brain and find movement in a body with many limitations, and instantly found deep connection to the practice. In 2018, she completed both her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Breathing Room and 30-hour Yin training at Raven’s Wing. Since then, Danielle has sought to bring her unique perspective of the practice to those who need it most, and is passionate about making yoga accessible to all people regardless of age, size, flexibility, or limitation. She believes that the practice is deeply healing but should also be fun and bring joy, which is reflected in her teaching style. Danielle is also a Reiki II practitioner, and has trained in trauma informed and accessible yoga.
